The plain-language terms for this site.
Using helavis.com, or ordering from it, means you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple: one product, a secure checkout and free delivery in the US.

What this site is
helavis.com is the brand site and shop for Helavis and the HELAVIS™ Magnetic Water Bottles, 2-Pack. It presents the product, the owner's guide and support information, and lets you order the set directly.
Ordering
When you choose Checkout, you pay on a secure page run by Stripe. Your order is accepted once the payment goes through, and you receive a receipt by email. The price is the one shown on this site and at checkout; any tax due is shown at checkout before you pay. Availability can change without notice. If we cannot fulfil an order, we refund it in full.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only, by standard shipping, free of charge. Orders are packed and shipped on our behalf by our fulfilment partner, and you get an email when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns and refunds
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Email info@helavis.com from the address you ordered with and we will reply with the next steps, including whether the set needs to be sent back. Refunds go back to the original payment method. This does not affect your rights under the law.
Product information
We take care to describe the product accurately. Colours can look different on different screens, and how long a drink stays hot or cold depends on how full the bottle is, how often it is opened and the conditions around it. Always follow the Use & Care guide, in particular: use the non-straw lid for hot drinks, never the straw lid; hand wash only; do not microwave; and use the phone mount only with the bottle standing on a stable surface, never while driving.

HELAVIS™ and the Helavis mark are trademarks of Helavis, with registration pending. The text, images, logos and design of this site belong to Helavis or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site; please ask before reusing its content elsewhere. MagSafe is a trademark of Apple Inc., which does not sponsor or endorse Helavis.

This site links to Stripe, Instagram and TikTok. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or policies.
