Who we are

This website, helavis.com, is run by Helavis. If you have a question about this notice, email info@helavis.com.

What we collect

Browsing this site needs no personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms and no newsletter. When you place an order, we receive the details in "Ordering on helavis.com" below.

When you email us or message us through a chat support service, we receive whatever you choose to send, such as your name, your email address and your order number. We use it only to answer you and to help with your set, and we keep it only as long as we need to do that.

Your cart

When you add the set to your cart, the quantity is saved in your own browser's local storage so it is still there if you come back later. That information stays on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and you can clear it at any time by removing the item from the cart or clearing your browser's site data.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts.

Hosting

Like any website, this site is served by a hosting provider whose systems may keep standard technical logs (such as the address a request came from, the pages requested and the browser used) to keep the service secure and running. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.

Ordering on helavis.com

When you choose Checkout, you pay on a secure page run by Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe handles your card or wallet details under its own privacy policy; we never see or store your full card number. From Stripe we receive your name, email address, shipping address, what you ordered and the payment status.

To deliver your order, we pass your name, shipping address and email address to our fulfilment partner, which packs and ships orders for us from its warehouses in the United States and can email you shipping updates. We use your details only to process, deliver and support your order, handle returns and refunds, and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell them or use them for advertising. Stripe and our fulfilment partner may store and process your information in the United States and other countries, where local law may give authorities access to it.

Links to other sites

This site links to Stripe, Instagram and TikTok. Each of those services has its own privacy policy, which applies once you are there.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this notice changes, the new version will be published here with an updated date.
