Who we are

This website, helavis.com, is run by Helavis. If you have a question about this notice, email info@helavis.com.

What we collect

We do not ask you for any personal information on this site. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, no newsletter and no payment forms.

When you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send, such as your name, your email address and your Amazon order number. We use it only to answer you and to help with your set, and we keep it only as long as we need to do that.

Your cart

When you add the set to your cart, the quantity is saved in your own browser's local storage so it is still there if you come back later. That information stays on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and you can clear it at any time by removing the item from the cart or clearing your browser's site data.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts.

Hosting

Like any website, this site is served by a hosting provider whose systems may keep standard technical logs (such as the address a request came from, the pages requested and the browser used) to keep the service secure and running. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.

Buying on Amazon

Purchases are completed on Amazon. When you choose Checkout on Amazon, you leave this site and Amazon's own privacy policy and terms apply to your order, payment, shipping, returns and refunds. We receive from Amazon only what Amazon provides to sellers to fulfil and support orders.

Links to other sites

This site links to Amazon, Instagram and TikTok. Each of those services has its own privacy policy, which applies once you are there.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this notice changes, the new version will be published here with an updated date.
